All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful order placement and another notification once your order has been dispatched.
Order processing may take longer during peak seasons, launches, promotions, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience during such times.
2. Shipping Timelines
We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India via trusted third-party courier partners. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:
- 3–7 business days for metro cities
- 5–10 business days for non-metro or remote locations
Please note: all shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be communicated clearly on the Website or via email.
4. No Cancellations or Modifications
Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed in any manner. This includes changes to the shipping address, selected products, or payment method.

5. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products sold through our Website.
All sales are final.
In rare cases of genuine product damage during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence at support@hestiacare.in. Such claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and resolutions are not guaranteed.
6. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or repeated delivery failures (e.g., unavailability to receive the package), the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Re-delivery (if applicable) may incur an additional shipping fee, to be paid by the customer.
7. Force Majeure
RN Kids Care LLP is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, pandemics, regional restrictions, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
